We’re a team of researchers and engineers from Stanford and IIT, and only work with neolabs that make us want to quit our founder jobs and join them full-time. Our primary objective is to build a deep understanding of your research work, and help you find the right neolabs that will value those experiences.
And when something real shows up, we’ll help you think through the offer: compensation, equity, vesting, roles. We’ll help you negotiate what makes most sense for you, and will never push you to accept an offer when we believe you deserve better.
We run a small number of bespoke searches at a time. Before we pitch anyone, we read their work and yours — so the conversations you get are the ones worth having.
